The brother of the man who killed Philant Johnson pleaded guilty to several counts including felonious assault and manslaughter. Pardon Thomas didn’t get pardoned—he got 10 years in prison. He admitted to driving the car when his brother, Hosea actually opened fired. He’s doing 66 years.
