DMX gets a second chance to screw up! DMX's most recent criminal charges are going to be dropped and he will not be heading to prison. A source close to the rapper told Allhiphop.com exclusively that a Arizona judge will dismiss the most recent charges brought against the rapper this week. DMX says that he just wants to get back to rapping. Can he stay out of jail long enough to get his stuff together?
