Some new developments in C-Murder’s murder case--could it mean he’s off the hook? A friend of Murder’s has now stepped up to say he’s the one who killed the 16-yr-old boy back in ’03. Juan Flowers told the po-po he shot the boy but he and C-Murder aren’t responsible. Huh?? Anyway, prosecutors say that’s all fine and good, but Juan is contradicting the testimony of another man who says he saw C-Murder bring a gun into the club. Juan, SIT DOWN! You doing life for another murder, boo!
Why don’t they leave Michael Jackson alone??!! Now they’re saying the King of Pop had an eating disorder. A family friend now says he was bulimic because he would pig out on buckets of Kentucky Fried Chicken, like eat an entire family-size bucket by himself then throw up.
By the way, I hear results of toxicology tests on MJ are going to take longer than expected. The coroner’s office said yesterday it’ll be at least two weeks before they know what kinds of drugs were in Michael’s system when he died.
Ne-Yo has ticked off some fans in London. I hear he showed up to a gig at 2am and only performed a song and a half before leaving. The promoter promised to refund patrons.
Rev. Run’s son—Jo Jo—has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after he was busted back in May for having weed on him. He’ll have to do one day of community service. His possession charge was dropped.
Foxy Brown you need to pay up, boo! The word is she owes Uncle Sam and the State of New York about $641,000 in unpaid taxes. The IRS says her debts stretch all the way back to 2003. You might wanna get a few gigs, babe!
And Tony Yayo, you need a gig, too to stay busy. Instead, he’s been talking to MTV News saying The Game can forget about him accepting his apology. Yayo says The Game is too wishy-washy and needs to control his ego. He says both The Game and Young Buck were jealous of 50 Cent’s success.
It’s the big 91 for Nelson Mandela this weekend and the stars are celebrating with the Former South African President in New York. Queen Latifah, Wyclef Jean, and Stevie Wonder are set to be at the gala at Radio City Music Hall. You can go to www.mandeladay.com for more information.
And Jill Scott apparently hasn’t wasted any time finding a new beau. She broke up with her fiancé last month, but I hear she’s moved on to her co-star in the movie “Why Did I Get Married?” Lamman Rucker played the sheriff. They’re an item now.
New movies in theatres this weekend, “Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince.”
