And that’s not all—on top of all of that, Nas has to pay Kelis’ medical bills, prenatal expenses and the cost of a baby nurse. Oh, and I forgot he’s gotta write a $35,000 check to Kelis’ lawyer. Dang!!!
Michael Jackson’s mom wants money for living expenses for herself and Michael’s three kids. Estate lawyers are asking the court to provide her with some support because she has none right now. I also hear, Mrs. Jackson wants Reebie to kieep the kids.
Meanwhile, some good news for comedian Katt Williams. Remember last fall the po-po found two handguns in his car. Well, those charges have been dropped. The DA’s office says they didn’t have enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt to prosecute.
Some pop, pop popping off at a Rick Ross & Bun B concert in Houston this week. I heard at least 12 shots were fired at a family festival Wednesday night. Some 5 people were hurt and the concert had to be shut down. No word on damages. Neither Rick nor Bun B have commented on the incident.
What’s next for Houston rapper Mike Jones? He’s setting the record straight with folk who say he’s fallen off. Mike says you could hate, but at the end of the day the numbers prove that Mike Jones is still relevant and ain’t dead. He’s lost 100 lbs. and has endorsement deals with Subway and Cricket Wireless and is working on his next album due later this year.
Radio host, newly turned TV host Wendy Williams is calling it quits in the radio world. She says she’ll leave her radio show on WBLS in New York at the end of the month to focus on her new TV show.
