The Real Housewives of Atlanta is back in grand style. The four women – Sheree, NeNe, Kim and the new girl on the block Kandi from Xscape kicked off season 2 last night on the reality show. Of course, Sheree had drama with her party planner. The two had it out.
Sheree didn’t get to keep the ‘big’ house in her divorce settlement, but she and NeNe patched things up. Kim is still spreading lies and Kandi seems to be the laid back one of the group. Check it out again Thursday nights at 10 on Bravo.
On BET, a rare and emotional moment for ‘106 & Park’s’ Rosci who broke down on set after admitting she suffered from the eating disorder anorexia nervosa. The show featured a discussion on body image so that’s when Rosci came clean. I just wanted to hug her—cause Lord knows, Terrence didn’t.
Despite all his drama, does Chris Breezy still have it? It seems like he does. His song “Forever” has sold 50,000 downloads. The song got hot after a new YouTube video that showed a wedding party dancing down the aisle to “Forever.” That video has become YouTube’s most viewed video of the month with more than 11 million hits.
Meanwhile, Rihanna’s not doing too shabby right now either. It was rumored last year that she was broke. I don’t think so. Forbes Magazine says she earned $15 million dollars last year. Touring with Kanye and her Gucci endorsement deal didn’t hurt either.
Update on Michael Jackson: His mom, Katherine will get the kids; Debbie Rowe will get to visit them. Lawyers made the announcement yesterday. Debbie won’t get any money and didn’t even fight for custody. And the latest whack rumor on MJ is he didn’t like to eat solid food. His former nutritionist says she put Michael on a juice diet because he wouldn’t eat regular food. Whatever!!
Trouble for MC Hammer’s fam. His cousin was arrested in California yesterday for allegedly rapping a woman he met on Twitter. Marvin Grant is a regular on Hammer’s reality TV show “Hammertime” on A&E—maybe not anymore.
Cassie did it, Britney Spears did it and now Beyonce’s baby sister has done it. Solange shaved her head. She’s not completely bald, but it’s very short—like “I-can-see-your-scalp short.” Check out the Maddhouse blog to see.
Everybody’s got a book!! Rapper Too Short is putting his life story on paper in a memoir titled “Life Is Too Short: The Resilient Life of Todd Shaw.” No release date yet—I’ll keep you posted.
