Did you see Chris Brown on TV last night interviewing with CNN’s Larry King OR was it Chris Brown’s attorney interviewing with Larry King?? It was his first interview since assaulting Rihanna back in February. But, when was Chris gonna answer any questions??? And when he DID answer questions, he seemed to jump all around answering them.
Chris says despite all the drama, he’s still in love with Rihanna and almost slipped up when Larry asked if he still sees her—cause you know he’s not supposed to. And Chris’ mom Joyce was at the interview too saying repeatedly,”Chris has NEVER, EVA, EVA been violent.” Ok, Miss Joyce.
Meanwhile, Jay-Z is opening up to Oprah! He took Oprah on a tour of the Marcy Projects where he grew up. He talked about selling drugs at age 13, how he was shot three times and his marriage to Beyonce. You can check out his interview in the October issue of “O, The Oprah Magazine.”
More couple news, Serena is speaking out about her boo Common. She’s hinted that they are an item, saying they love hanging out in New York together and that he WILL be on the sidelines when she plays in the U.S. Open.
Who is LeToya Luckett kicking it with? The word I heard she and Tank are pretty tight.
Halle Berry is about to have baby #2. I hear she’s 3 months pregnant and yes she knows who her baby daddy is. The same daddy from the first baby—that Calvin Klein model Gabriel Aubry.
Speaking of babies, Shawty Lo obviously doesn’t have any problems making babies. I hear he has 10 kids, ranging from ages 7-17. Gooo-oooood!
Today is the day the King of Pop will finally be laid to rest—two months after he died. Michael Jackson will be entombed at a mausoleum in Glendale, CA. Meanwhile, celebrity DJ AM was buried yesterday, but tonight family and friends will hold a memorial service.
You can soon see inside the life of Bobby Brown. He’ll be featured in the new season of VH1’s “Behind the Music”. His episode airs September 24th on VH1.
And Bobby’s ex, Whitney is making her comeback. She did a free concert in New York’s Central Park yesterday, but is apologizing to fans for sounding a little shakey. Despite that, Whitney is still doing big numbers. I hear she’s sold 250,000 copies of her CD in two days.
