Meanwhile, Ri-Ri’s ex Chris Breezy announced on his Twitter page that he’s promoting a new line of T-shirts that read “Stop Teen Violence.” Can we, Chris?? Can we??
More in couple news, remember last week I told you LeToya Luckett and Tank had been cozy. You know they shot the new movie “Preacher’s Kid” together so the word was out they were an item, but LeToya says that just her homeboy and nothing else, so stop tripping.
And they’ve only been kicking it for a month, and they’re already talking about getting married. I’m talking about Khloe Kardashian and LA Lakers Lamar Odom. The word I heard is the two plan to get married right before Lamar has to go away for training camp.
In other rumors gone wild, it seems Kanye’s temper tantrum at the MTV Video Music Awards may pay off from him. I hear Vince McMahon and the WWE have offered Kanye almost $10 million to show up at three events---that’s two TV wrestling appearances and one pay-per-view event. I hear Kanye has accepted and may even do some “light wrestling.”
Sad news for Common. His cousin, Ajile Turner was killed over the weekend in a motorcycle accident in Brooklyn, NY. His motorcycle actually collided with a bicyclist. Turner owned his own concert production company in NY. Our prayers are with the family.
The #1 movie at the box office was the 3-D animated flick “Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs” that raked in $30 million dollars. The #2 flick was Matt Damon’s movie “The Informant” that made $10.5 million. And Jennifer Aniston’s movie “Love Happens” came in #4 with $8 million.
