Lowdown for Thursday October 15th

Usher was filing a complaint saying he was in a potential domestic violence situation. He went on to say when he woke up the next morning, he had a flat tire, too.

 

Is there trouble in Loveland already for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom?? Say, it ain’t so. The word is Khloe and her attorneys are getting a little ticked off about Lamar’s prenup agreement and the fact that he’s not budging at all! Lamar has a $33 million deal with the Lakers for the next four years and in his prenup, she won’t get any of it no matter how long they’re married. Lamar has agreed to pay for all their expenses though.

 

Soulja Boy is a bustah when it comes to being a tenant--at least that’s according to his landlord. The landlord says not only did Soulja Boy not pay $10,000 in rent for his LA apartment, he violated his lease by always having a lot of noise and guests wandering in the hallway. And the landlord says Soulja’s been taking up all the guest parking spaces. He’s only supposed to have a maximum of two spaces, but Soulja would have 10 cars in one night taking up visitor spaces. Trifling!!

 

Oh, no not Toni Braxton broke—again??!! As if battling health problems isn’t enough, now I hear Toni is now facing foreclosure of her California home. The word is she owes a little over $12,000 and is looking for foreclose.

 

You know I told you about Chilli from TLC getting her own reality show called The Chilli Project. Well, it won’t be like the other shows with people trying to find love. Instead of a houseful of guys competing for her affection, Chilli will sort thorugh applications and go on select dates set up by her female sidekick. The show is already in production.

 

The Donda West Law is now in effect in California. Kanye mom’s law requires plastic surgery patients to have health checks and a written okay before being allowed to go under the knife. Donda West died two years ago after complications from cosmetic surgery.
